Stay up-to-date with all team events, practices, and meets by adding our calendar to your own calendar.


Adding to your iPhone Calendar (iCal):

  1. From the home calendar screen, tap Calendars (bottom center).
  2. Tap Add Calendar.
  3. Tap Add Subscription Calendar.
  4. Copy the calendar link(s) below.
  5. Paste the link into the Subscription URL field.
  6. Tap Subscribe.
  7. Tap Add to finish.


Adding to Google Calendar on iPhone:

  1. Open the Google Calendar app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
  4. Tap Add calendar.
  5. Tap From URL.
  6. Copy the calendar link(s) below.
  7. Paste the link into the URL of calendar field.
  8. Tap Add calendar.
  9. Your calendar will now appear in your Google Calendar app.


Adding to Android Calendar app (default calendar):

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on phone model and calendar app.

  1. Open the default Calendar app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon or three-dot settings button.
  3. Tap Settings or Manage calendars.
  4. Look for an option like Add account or Add calendar.
  5. Choose Subscribe to calendar or From URL.
  6. Copy the calendar link(s) below.
  7. Paste the link into the subscription field.
  8. Confirm and save.
  9. Your team calendar should now sync with your Android calendar.


Adding to Google Calendar on Android:

  1. Open the Google Calendar app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
  4. Tap Add calendar.
  5. Tap From URL.
  6. Copy the calendar link(s) below.
  7. Paste the link into the URL of calendar field.
  8. Tap Add calendar.
  9. Your calendar will now be added to Google Calendar.

Friendly Calendar Tips

  • Instant updates! Anytime we change something on the team calendar, it’ll magically show up in yours—just give it a quick refresh to be sure you’ve got the latest info.
  • Works everywhere. The calendar is an iCal link, so it plays nice with almost any calendar app—on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  • All devices, one login. As long as you’re signed into the same account, you can check the calendar from anywhere.
  • Don’t miss a thing! Be sure to add both the LANY Team Event Calendar and the training group calendars for your swimmers.
  • Google account tip: If you have more than one Google account, sign into the one you want the calendar to appear in before you click the link.
  • Heads up on the modified schedule: It usually runs mid-Nov to mid-Dec, and again mid-Jan to mid-Feb. We’ll update the calendar as soon as the dates are confirmed.
